Overview of Pohick Bay after Reagan Airports' 8000 gallon jet fuel spill

Here is a 360 panorama that attempted to capture the remains of the fuel spill up the Potomac. 

A photo from my Zodiac boat below Wilson bridge showed some slicks blowing downstream. This view from my balloon at 499 ft, about 20 hrs later, did not.
