Veterans Fishing Adventure was started by a Marine and his daughter. We offer Veterans of the US Armed forces fishing trips on the Potomac River in Fairfax VA and Occoquan River in Lorton, VA.
We are proud to offer this opportunity along with our volunteers to those that have served our country proudly to enjoy a favorite pastime. We specialized in offering those veterans with current physical limitation (wheelchair) an opportunity to participate. To allow members of the US armed forces that are disabled to take their children fishing and fully participate
We have a prototype of our boat (expected completion in 2 months) and will be at Pohick Bay Regional Park in Lorton VA. We will be there this weekend May 6th and 7th from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Boat Ramp. We would love if you would stop by to hear about our organization, see the boat and if you have any suggestions we would love to hear them!
