Fairfax County is updating and reassessing its approach to odor control at the Noman M Cole Pollution Control Plant. We are seeking community participation to help ensure that our efforts are effective.
We have scheduled a citizen advisory meeting on Thursday , November 30th from 7 PM to 9 PM. The meeting's aim is threefold:
• Consultant presentation of their approach to odor master planning
• Understanding of citizens' observations/perspectives
• Consultant presentation of some preliminary findings
