ANITA DRIVE IN LORTON CLOSED JUNE 17-19

 Detour in place during stormwater pipe replacement

 

LORTON – Anita Drive between Old Colchester Road (Route 611) and Alverton Street will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, from 8 a.m. Monday, June 17 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 for stormwater pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

 

Residents within the closure area and emergency vehicles will have access to Anita Drive; however, they will not be able to access Anita Drive directly from Old Colchester Road and vice versa.

Through traffic will be detoured via Old Colchester Road, Bard Street and Alverton Street back to Anita Drive.
