With one abstention (because the Planning Commissioner was not at the hearing on 5/22) the 2232 (construction of the LCC), the SEA (which allows LCAC to be included in the facility, and the feature shown which allows for the Library renovation passed 8-0-1!!
The Supervisors will have to vote on the SEA.

STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: In accordance with Va. Code Sec. 15.2-2232, as amended, staff recommends that the Planning Commission find that 2232-V18-25 submitted by Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services, to construct a new community center facility at 9518 Richmond Highway, Lorton, Va. 22079, is substantially in accord with the provisions of the adopted Comprehensive Plan. Staff recommends approval of SEA 84-V-076-02, subject to development conditions consistent with those contained in Appendix 1.
