Dear Neighbors,
I hope you are having a great start to the new year. The South County Middle School has asked me to assist with one of their biggest "PTSO" (Parent Teacher Student Organization) fundraisers, the Staff-Student Basketball game. If you could please take a few minutes to see the attached letter and make a contribution or become a sponsor of this event, it would be greatly appreciated. This middle school has served, currently serves and will serve in the future our Mason Neck 7th & 8th graders. Obviously, the middle school has "fewer" years (only 7th & 8th grades) and classes in which to raise funds from families vs. the elementary and high school. But, I can tell you from personal experience with my two children that these are very important years in the transition from elementary to high school. The middle school staff and teachers do an excellent job during this formative time.

If anyone would like to bring their contribution sheet and check to my home, please do not hesitate to do so. Just call or email me with when you would like to drop by. Should you desire to be a sponsor, please let me know so that I can follow up with the PTSO team to make sure you are getting the appropriate recognition & publicity. The games over the last two years have packed the gym, been exciting and come down to the final seconds! I greatly appreciate your time and consideration.
